Why did the chat with the user disappear?
Your chat with another user may disappear if your interlocutor deleted his profile or was blocked by the site administration for violating the user agreement.
In such cases, the correspondence is moved to the "Deleted" or "Blocked" folder.
You can see the correspondence with deleted or blocked users only in the full version of the site in the “My Messages” section:
If your interlocutor is blocked for violating the user agreement of the site, then all his data and correspondence completely disappear from the site database.

To switch to the full version from the mobile version of the site, scroll down the site page and click on the "full version" button:
